Booking and payment

Event rentals are paid in full by card when booked. Long-term rentals pay the first 28-day cycle, including the one-time $95 delivery and pickup fee, when booked. Approved commercial accounts may be invoiced with payment due in 15 days.

Billing cycles

Long-term rentals bill every 28 days while the unit is on site. Each cycle includes 4 weekly service visits. Cycles are not prorated. Billing stops at the end of the cycle in which you request pickup.

Event rentals

Event pricing covers up to 3 days on site, delivered before the event and picked up the next business day. Units kept longer move to long-term pricing.

Cancellation and changes

Cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or after the truck has left the yard, are charged a $75 trip fee. Date changes are free when units are available.

Delivery access

You agree to provide a firm, level spot and a clear path for our truck and crew. If the crew cannot reach the spot because of locked gates, blocked drives or unsafe ground, a $75 trip fee applies.

Pickup

Request pickup by phone or text. Leave the unit unlocked, upright and reachable. Units must not be moved by the renter.

Care of the unit and damage

The renter is responsible for the unit while it is on site, including loss, vandalism, fire, graffiti and damage from tipping, vehicles or misuse. Repair or replacement is billed at cost. Normal wear is not charged. Do not put trash, paint, concrete or chemicals in the tank; a cleaning fee of $85 applies if we must remove them.

Your property

Units sit on the surface. We are not responsible for damage to hidden lines, sprinkler heads, septic lids or soft ground that you did not tell us about before delivery.

Permits

The renter is responsible for any permit needed to place a unit on a street, sidewalk, alley or public property.

Taxes

Indiana or Ohio sales tax is added unless a valid exemption certificate is on file before delivery.
